Anyone with back pain knows, running is very difficult if not totally out of the picture -- until now. Under the direction of Dr. Stray-Gundersen and his personal training program on The Alter G , I am able to run without pain. My "land" work outs are getting better and better and I look forward to running my next Marathon!
